“What an absolute Gem of a find. Couldn’t ask for a more Genuine and Honest garage. Called in to drop Daughters car off after RAC couldn’t find the fault why it kept cutting out. Was supposed to be booked in for the next day hence just dropping it off night before. They had a quick look there and then (just past shutting up shop time). They diagnosed the fault and repaired it within half an hour. I would strongly recommend Family & Friends and most definitely be trusting them with my vehicles in the future. 10/10”

“Electrotech got me out of a hole and saved me quite a few quid by cloning my damaged bcm. This service eradicated the need for me to purchase a new bcm at over £500, recovery to a specialist, new 2nd key and specialist reprogramming. Excellent service and value for money.”

“We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. “I travelled quite a way from home to the carbon centre but glad I did because Steve is a top man and he's very knowledgeable and helpful. He sussed out the issue within 2 minutes and suggested I got my glowplug replaced before attempting to fix the DPF problem. I did that and brought the car back to him and he fixed it on the same day. He even asked for me to come back the following week to check everything is as it should be. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Much appreciated I'll be coming back here again with any other issues in the future.”

“Can't recommend them enough. I took my straight piped golf tdi to them a few months ago for a remap and hardcut/deepidle and was blown away by the results. I have an E92 M57 330d now which had clogged up swirl flaps and dpf too. Of course I had to contact redline again after the amazing job they already did and once again they delivered mighty results. All the issues are fixed and the remap is absolutely incredible. This car pulls like a train now. Their remaps are the perfect balance of performance and reliability with a very enjoyable power delivery. I will bring all my future projects here and recommend you to do so aswell!”

“I had a snapped/hanging heat shield that was rattling its head off after I hit a speed bump. Spoke to these guys and they booked me in on a day I had already booked off work (within a week). I took my car in today, they inspected and fixed the issue for a great price. All the staff are really helpful and the place seems very well organised (I had my car back within an hour or so). Front of house office was a nice, clean, tidy welcoming place to be, and again, staff very helpful, welcoming and informative. Definitely found my new garage for servicing, MOT and repairs.
