“I don’t really do reviews but my goodness thought I would as one is definitely needed! I came here 2 days ago on Wednesday (14th) Valentine’s Day and I honestly had one of the best retail/ in store experiences ever!!! I came here 7 years ago in 2017 to get my ears re pierced and now I’ve just had my nose Piercing done and what an incredible amazing comforting experience I had!!! Literally met the most lovely and genuine people Alexandra and Jessica! Who are such a vibe to be around! Both are so lovely and comforting. We definitely had a good laugh lol. They were so professional and hands on with everything. Easy to chat to and get along with. That’s the reason I went ahead and put my trust in them got my nose piercing done and safe to say I’m so pleased and I love my piercing. I’m so glad I went ahead with it. Jessica the manger is so sweet and polite and Alexandra is so nice and funny. Both are amazing individuals who make Claire’s look and feel good. Fun and good vibes everywhere! They definitely know what they are doing and make every customer feel welcome. They exceed every expectation and help their customers effortlessly. I have seen this over and over again. What a lovely store with the best people honestly!!!! If you need a Piercing or any jewellery shopping etc this is the place to come to!
