Both times booking was simple, we were talked through the whole process really clearly and aftercare advice was detailed but easy to follow. I never felt like we were being "upsold" but there were so many beautiful jewellery options to choose from. I'm so glad as a parent that we could get my daughter's ears pierced here. Throughout the process, Symone was super responsive, providing updates along the way and always kept me in the loop with her design progress and creative ideas. The studio is gorgeous, a super relaxed space where I felt comfortable and safe. Symone answered all my (probably annoying) questions and made me feel at ease the whole time. 3 day sittings later I have a gorgeous, permanent art piece and I will be back for more. Iv now also had my 2 week top up and the results are great. The clinic is stunning. Amanda and Emily were so professional and friendly.
