“Elite chinese! Just switched to here after 20 years at another local one (Happy House). The food is great although It’s getting little bit expensive with large chips going over £4 but it’s the best in the area. The people that work there are very professional and friendly.”

“The Hesketh is hands down the best place for a Sunday roast! I had the chicken roast and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy chicken with crispy roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire pudding, and rich gravy that tied everything together beautifully. The portions were generous, the presentation spot on, and the flavours reminded me of a proper homemade Sunday dinner, only better! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear the team really take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for the perfect Sunday roast in the area, The Hesketh is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back next week !”

“Had not eaten at this place for a few years but heard it was under new management, as I like Indian food and my wife prefers Thai I thought I would give it a try, I had the Tandoori Mixed Grill and my wife had Chicken Green curry. “Always amazing food. I go here once a week and the food is always brilliant. The soft noodles are the best I've ever had, and the Roast Pork Foo Yung is just amazing. My other favourites are the meat dumplings and the crispy spring rolls. I honestly haven't had anything I didn't thoroughly enjoy. Best Chinese for miles!”
