“My pug goes every week to the daycare and gets so excited when he is realising he is going. The staff are always welcoming, happy and smiling, they really care about the dogs. I love the looking at the daily photos they put on social media. They go on walks, play games and even have themed party’s/celebrations. Last summer I used the home boarding as well, I honestly would never trust my dog with anyone else”

“So this is a bit late, but i went away on holiday for 3 weeks and booked my large cockapoo and cocker spaniel in together for the duration… Keepers were fantastic, they put my worries at rest over a phone call as i’ve never boarded them before. They were collected and dropped off which made it a hassle free process for us, and the dogs were just as always - no sulking!! “Our Maine Coon kitten (Tony) stayed at Riverside last summer. We collected a very happy, healthy kitten who had grown immensely in just one week, to the extent whereby his cat carrier broke under the pressure of his growth, but the staff very kindly gave us one of their own to transport him safely home. Thank you Riverside :) We have booked Tony and our new addition (Sandra) in again this summer. I highly recommend.”

Lockdown had meant that she was unsure of other dogs and people when we were out for walks.
