“Had a random issue with my wheel, it was making a really strange noise. I took it to a tyre place who had a look and diagnosed it was the brake disc protection plate that had come loose, they advised they couldn’t help but it was very dangerous to drive. Found g2 garages and the man there who was obviously very busy took the wheel off and removed the plate for me. He didn’t have to and I find that really rare these days. Thank you again g2”

After leaving it with them they told me that my tracking was okay and that there’d be no charge. Very honest of them - they could’ve adjusted it even a bit and charged me. “Amazing company , my sister got in a crash in manchester, we live in hertfordshire so we had a long way to travel to get to her. they made sure she was safe and looked after her till we got to her. she had to go find somewhere else to sit whilst we were travelling to get there as the worker had other commitments she needed to get to, but still made sure my sister was safe and got to the place.
