“A breath of fresh air! Great visit today. Met a fantastic dentist called ‘Noor Fatima’. Absolutely delighted. I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. Dr Fatima is exactly the kind of dentist we all need, a true professional and very empathetic. A very gentle lady. “I initially chose T4 for knee pain as I could see from their website that their approach to treatment was to get to the root cause of the problem and offer natural treatments. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Nash prescribed a combination of physical therapy and physio led gym sessions to strengthen my muscles . Going to the gym wasn't something I would have considered before but giving me that initial push and encouragement was just what I needed. I was soon pain free and much stronger. I still have regular one to gym sessions and the health benefits to my whole body have been amazing. Mike is a brilliant coach and massage therapist. I have learned so much from him. I would definitely recommend T4 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else now.”

“I had a full body massage with Mobina and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. She picked up on my problem areas straight away without me needing to explain much, and talked me through what she was doing. Her communication throughout was excellent — she checked in often to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable at all times. I felt completely relaxed and well looked after. What really stood out was that she didn’t just stop at the massage. She also gave me personalised stretches and exercises to help with my specific tension and pain going forward. All the staff were really lovely even at the reception, and made me feel welcome. I’ve booked again so that should say everything!”

“I recently had my two Scottish Terriers groomed by the groom team at Bolton. They are particularly nervous about the experience which the team are well aware of. Kimberly met me in the car park and took the girls in one at a time. This was such a relief to me as I stress each time I have to take them. Kimberly and Katie's understanding of our needs is exemplary. The groom experience went far smoother and both girls upon collection were happy and looking really smart after their treatments. “It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.”
