“Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “Absolutely love this little local gem! I popped in with my dog and was impressed by the wide variety of treats and essential supplies they offer. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for my teething pup. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly — my dog felt right at home and now gets excited every time we go, mostly for the treats, of course! Highly recommend for any pet owner!!! I also love that they support charities too which alot of the big brand shops don't do!”

“I discovered Barkley and Fetch in a pet shop in Bakewell, I love the patterns and designs of their products. Since then I have been buying collars on line not only for me but our son’s dogs too. We love them. They wash and wear really well and the quality is excellent. We love the colourful designs and the more neutral ones too. I can recommend Barkley and Fetch and currently have my eye on a doggie bag for walks.”

“This is the 3rd time we have used the purrrfect cattery , Hayley is fantastic and provides a clean safe environment for my two cats. The rooms are bright airy and clean with plenty platform's for the cats to sit on, there's also little hiding sections on top shelves for more nervous cats to hide in which one of my cats used regularly to stay calm and settled. While we were away Hayley also send plenty of photo and video updates which really helps as your missing them while away. The cats are also played with to keep up the exercise! We shall be using Hayley again next year! :)”

“I left my dog Bella and my kitten Nova here from Wednesday until Monday, and I was super anxious about leaving them, the lady I spoke with on both drop off and pick up said she was new there but has been absolutely amazing! The other staff i’ve spoken to on the phone have been honest and given me updates on the two occasions I called up, my dog absolutely adored her time there and she didn’t want to leave, and my kitten was anxious at first but as soon as she’d settled in due to the staff being lovely and caring with her, they’ve had their own little holiday whilst i’ve been on holiday!
