“Laney is a fantastic dog walker and has gone above and beyond to help us out a number of times, sometimes quite last minute. She also always puts picture and videos up on her Facebook page which is great for seeing what your fur baby has been up to! Highly recommended!”

    Oakenclough Children's Centre

    ★★★★★ 4.9
    Closed

“I’m not a great fan of Cheshire East Council, some of their services are really poor. However Oakenclough Family Hub is excellent. It is a really outstanding facility for children. The stay & play, sensory room, toy library and cafe are absolutely outstanding. The building is modern and well thought out and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Why haven’t all councils got facilities like Oakenclough ? Well done Cheshire East.”

    Atherton Start Well Family Centre

    ★★★★★ 4.9

“Services for young children in Atherton and Tyldesley are now jointly managed, with events and activities taking place at many local settings. There is also a 'junk food project' operating, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays ... rescuing 'out of date' food, and providing high quality meals and snacks on a 'pay as you feel' basis. Search for 'FurClemt@Tyldesley'.”

The management team are great, Clare, Lynn & JoJo! “My child attends this nursery during the school holidays. My child goes in like he has always been there, the staff are very welcoming and make him feel like part of the Chadderton family. He comes out telling me and showing me all the great things he has been up to. I strongly feel the staff make a positive impact on all children as he talks about the staff when he’s not attending due to being in school. Thankyou Brighter Beginning Chadderton for making it a lot easier to be a full time working mother.”

    Nina's Nursery Great Moor

    ★★★★★ 4.9
    Closed

“We couldn’t be happier with the way our son has been cared for here over the last 18 months. The range of activities they do with the children each day is varied and interesting. The outdoor space is really well equipped and they have fun out there in all weathers. We’ve found the staff to be wonderful and caring, really taking the time to get to know the children. They do a great job at promoting independence but in a kind and nurturing way. It’s a small setting which means it has a lovely family feel to it. Our son loves spending time there and talks about the staff and his friends at nursery all the time.”

    Bright Eyes Day Nursery

    ★★★★★ 4.9
    Closed

“Myself and most importantly my son absolutely love Bright Eyes. He has been attending for nearly 3 years now and since day one he has looked forward to going into nursery. I love how the staff are with the children, they are down to earth, open, loving and kind - they genuinely care about their children. The nursery have taught my son life skills as well as your standard abc’s, they teach them how to brush their teeth, manners, help massively with potty training and so much more and I think is so important to have these things being taught in nursery as well as at home. Oh, and how can I forget, the dinners are fantastic too. A great variety of properly cooked meals and healthy snacks. The progression my son has made since starting the nursery is amazing. Thank you Bright Eyes Nursery!”

St Agnes C of E Primary School

    ★★★★★ 4.8
    Open

“Great teachers I actually have fun learning here it features many cool classrooms and if I was a parent of your child I would definitely bring them here. When you come to the school they feature many events and fundraisers like Easter bake sales Christmas fairs summer fairs and also some award ceremony's for children who go to the school at school times like times tables rock stars celebration assembly and house assembly.the school dinners are nice depending on what you prefer. In the church you have Easter Eucharists Christmas Eucharists where you can admire the pupils singing their songs there is also a blessing and the usual time of the services are 1hr. Let's talk more about the houses, there are 4 houses York, Tudor, Windsor and Lancaster who all try their best during lessons and break where they can earn stars by following the great expectations and whichever house gets the most stars in the period of two weeks will win the trophy and whichever house gets the trophy the most in a whole year will get to visit a soft play centre. At st Agnes school they also wear star badges in the colours of their houses if your child comes home not wearing one of these unfortunately they have misbehaved but that is very unlikely because all of our children at st Agnes are very mature around staff meaning they never have bad parents evenings or reports. Please bring your children to st Agnes the school where we all learn in gods love!”
