“Finally got a chance to write this review I booked my two little boys for hairdo style (a bit of gel) for my two young boys at Studio 8 barbers on the day of a family wedding. We turned up, and they said we had no appointment and had booked the wrong date (I did not, I mentioned the date twice at time of booking). I was freaking out as the wedding was in 1 hour. The barbers did not offer any advice/help, very cold towards us, and we walked out in a panic. Frantically, ran to The HIVE Barbers and we were welcomed with open arms. Did not have an appointment but kindly offered to help and calmed us down straight away. Styled both boys hair with a little gel, all done in less than 5 mins and didn't even charge a penny. Boys looked really smart, and style lasted all day. So so grateful for a kind-hearted, caring local business who actually care for local residents and went out his way, knowing the circumstances around the importance of the day. Did not profit a penny, yet gained a lot of respect and have spread of this kind, wonderful business. This happened summer 2024, sorry for late review.”

“Dr Hibbert performed the procedure on my 12 day old daughter today after 3 midwives could not agree if my daughter did in fact have tongue tie. His assessment was professional and comprehensive and he discussed every option available to us. The procedure was performed with proficiency and care and my anxieties were reassured by the directions and advice provided. The after effect was incredible, I had immediate relief of any previous feeding pain/discomfort and my daughter's latch and ability to feed clearly improved. I would recommend Dr Hibbert to anyone seeking support with tongue tie even just for a clear and concise assessment and professional opinion.”

“What can I say about this place! It's an unassuming studio but once you walk in you get welcomed with an offer of a brew and made to feel comfortable from the off. We have never had to chase her to do anything and she has always responded very quickly to everything. Something a lot of her colleagues in the legal profession could learn from her. In some ways it is a pity that this is the last of our buy to let properties. If we had more we would certainly have asked her to act on our behalf again when selling.
