“First time visiting and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The service was excellent ,friendly, attentive, and efficient and the atmosphere was welcoming and well-set. The food was exceptional, with clear attention to quality and flavour. The burgers in particular were outstanding and easily among the best I’ve had in Manchester. “The menu description wasn’t wrong when it said, Chinese fast food to take away Authentic Peking & Cantonese cuisine (Quality Restaurant style Meals) believe me I have had some Chinese dishes and eaten in some really nice Chinese restaurants, but this little gold mine of a takeaway takes some beating. I don’t usually do reviews for takeaways, I make an exception for this one, the food is delicious, and the menu is fantastic. The chicken wings, the chicken fried rice, and chicken curry is gorgeous and very tasty. 10/10 from me for certain, and I highly recommend it has it was highly recommended to me by family and friends. Can I just point out that I have read some really negative reviews about Hong Liang chippy that certainly do not reflect the food and service of this chippy, and I believe these are fake reviews from other takeaways trying to distract customers away from this little gold mine.”

“Ordered off Just Eat. The food was delicious. The chef's special, tandoori chicken, and the garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms were especially good. The sylheti biryani was really nice. I will say the naga special needed more naga, in my opinion, but I am a spice fanatic. It was a bit too tomatoey for me as well. The chips were lovely and crispy and the naan was very delicious. The food did come a bit late, but that's understandable since its Friday around peak times. I ordered 2 naga curries, but only 1 arrived, which was a shame. Overall, the food we ordered was delicious, the staff member who delivered the food was friendly, and it was all a good price. Will be ordering again for sure.”
