“My daughter has been going to Space Station since she was 14 months old. She has been very happy in all the rooms from babies through to Waddlers and Toddlers. She loves playing and dancing with her little friends and the staff make a really big effort with lots of great activities and themed weeks. Kim - the manager - is always very responsive, helpful and accommodating and was from our very first visit to look around. My daughter used reusable nappies and staff were happy to accommodate these too. I would definitely recommend Space Station!”

“Lovely nursery and team, treat my children like there own and I love the little bond they have with them my son left sky high to go to school but still asks to go back and see everyone and when they see him he’s still treated like family. They’ve made a great outdoor area for the children with all different activities for them, there always doing something different each day, coming home with pictures. The nursery team are great, there all lovely and welcoming everyday and make an effort to tell you what’s happened with your child through the day.”

“Chestnut Theatre School is just fantastic! My daughter has been going for two years, and it's been amazing to see her come out of her shell. She used to be so shy, but now she's much more confident and loves going to her drama classes. The teachers are so kind and really know how to make the kids feel good about themselves. It's not just about acting; it's like a little confidence boost every week! If you have a shy kiddo, I highly recommend giving Chestnut Theatre School a try – it's made a real difference for us!”

“Laura choreographed our wedding dance for us and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! We loved every second of learning the dance at Laura’s beautiful dance school and it was amazing to be able to show the dance to our friends and family on the wedding day. We would highly recommend Laura for all of your dancing needs whether you’re looking for wedding dance classes, adult classes or classes for your child.”

“My two girls have been with Damien Hey Dance Academy for six months, and we couldn’t be happier. Both Damien and Sam always go above and beyond to make sure all of their students achieve what they are capable of, but more importantly provide a nurturing environment that their kids feel happy in and are made to feel part of the DHDA family as soon as they walk through the door for the first time! They are fully invested from day one! Both girls already having danced for a number of years at a different school, we made the move to DHDA and the incredible progress they have both made absolutely makes the 490 mile round trip for lessons worth it! They come home enthusiastic and excited for the next one. I cannot thank Damien and Sam enough for all they do! If I could give more than five stars on here I would!”

Searched on google as you do and came across JD dance and it was the best thing I ever did. The staff are amazing the owner Jenny is wonderful and everyone who is a part of JD dance are so welcoming feel a part of a big family now and would recommend to anyone.”

“My daughter joined Starlight over a year ago. She really loves the lyrical dance session and what I appreciate is the lack of exams and snobbery at the school. It makes her soul sing to be a part of such an inclusive, dynamic, nurturing and encouraging dance school. Thank you for all the opportunities you’ve provided for her too, to be on stage at The Waterside and Sadlers’ Wells even though she’s only been dancing a year. I did try to bring her to dance classes several times but it’s not until she’s towards the end of primary that she’s been brave enough to throw herself into it and it’s wonderful to see!”

“I’ve been coming here for six months now and began as a completely inexperienced novice. It was probably the best decision I’ve ever made- not only to pick up the hobby but, to have found this brilliant studio! Everyone is so lovely, encouraging, supportive and just wonderful. The instructors do a fantastic job of maintaining a very welcoming, safe and fun environment whilst also ensuring techniques and tricks are adapted to every individual’s skill level. They’re always patient and you never feel silly for asking questions or for extra demonstrations, they’re open to suggestions and encourage collaboration and feedback. If you’re new to the hobby, or looking for a different studio; I cannot recommend Asteria Studio highly enough!”

“My son has been attending the Drama Mob for the past 5 years and absolutely loves it. He attends classes at Gatley but I know there are several locations around Manchester. The teachers create a really fun, learning environment and my son has had the opportunity to be involved in stage productions which has really developed his skills further. From Becky, the manager, to each and every one of my son's key workers throughout the three years he has been there (Kirsty, Nicola, Emy, Alicia, Lizzie, Amy, Elena), I have always felt he is in the safest hands. Every member of staff is just the loveliest - they put tonnes of effort into the activities they plan, and parents are kept up to date with progress and pictures. Nothing is ever too much, even when I call up in the middle of the day because "he just seemed a bit sad this morning and I wanted to check whether he's cheered up and now having a good day!". They don't just give it lip service, they keep me on the line as they go to check on him, and will pass me on to his key worker if a bigger update is needed. Any time he's had a bump or fall (he's a kid, it's going to happen!), it's been recorded, and I've had a detailed account of exactly how it came about - which ALWAYS matches up to my son's description of the event, too. I really do love all the staff here, they provide a really personal touch which makes the world of difference. And to have your kid come home and say their key worker is their BEST FRIEND is the most heartwarming thing ever. He feels safe, and so do I.”
