“Fantastic professional service received yesterday by Chris. My Husband hates shopping for shoes as he has little patience trying on shoes that rarely fit him from the usual High Street stores. He needed a new pair of Brogue Shoes and he had observed the staff from outside this store attending to a customer and he had been in to the store and was very impressed. After almost an hour, of trying on shoes, we eventually found the right shoes, with fitting and expert advice from Chris. My Husband was very happy with his birthday present of the Loake Edward Brogue Shoes in the beautiful Mahogany colour. We will definitely be back for another pair of shoes or boots as this experience was well worth the trip in to Manchester. Please keep up your good work and your exceptional service.”

I'm so thankful as he wouldn't normally have come this far north to Morecambe from Manchester. If you want him and you do want him, bribe him with a comfy bed and homemade dinners. You will have to drag him in though as he's a perfectionist and workaholic. Excuse the net, it's an unfortunate necessity for the heron and the fox.”

“I am so pleased a neighbour recommended Kancho as we'd been looking for a kitchen fitter for almost 2 years. Kancho was great right from the start. He arrived with a designer and electrician and within a couple of days we had the first design. Our original kitchen was awkward which limited our design options but Kancho was able to overcome these issues and was prepared to customise some of the units to give us as much storage as possible. We made some changes to the design and we soon had the perfect kitchen on paper. The installation went very well, even though there were issues along the way (uneven walls etc), but Kancho being Kancho was always optimistic, enthusiastic and never appeared stressed. We love our new kitchen and it matches the plans. We never thought it would be possible but we've got our dream kitchen. We highly recommend Kancho for his professionalism, great chats/attitude and integrity!! “This team are exceptionally good. I am not prone to hyperbole, but I recommend them on so many levels. To begin with, they are highly professional - supervised by the ever-conscientious (and very hard working and able) Rick, the young-ish workers applied themselves skillfully and diligently. The input the firm provided over the design and major refurbishments to my kitchen, sitting room, and two bathrooms was both inspiring and impressively accomplished. On the design/co-ordinating front, Ben was highly creative and thoughtful (and patient!) and judged the degree of consultation and 'going ahead' (there were so many decisions to be taken) just right. On top of all of this, the team are personable and good to be around - a blessing when for a while I had to live with them cheek-by-jowl on what was effectively a building site. The result: a wonderfully transformed home and a very satisfied and grateful me.”
