“Working with Chris, Suzy and the team at Byles of Marple was an absolute pleasure, from the first time we walked in to the showroom to the day Richard walked out of our house at the completion of the job. Byles arranged and managed all elements of the project, from working with us during the design (nothing was too much trouble), to providing excellent trades people for all the various aspects of the project. The quality is excellent, you get what you pay for! And the workmanship was of a very high standard. The work meant several rooms and areas of the house being "out of bounds" at the same time, but the team always worked with us to ensure that this never felt a major issue. A pleasant plus was that the end of each day everywhere was swept and all tools and materials tidied away - we never really felt that we were living on a building site. The new Kitchen, Utility and Downstairs WC, has massively transformed our house, and we would most definitely recommend using Byles.”

He skilfully manoeuvred the blocks/large bulk bags of sand & limestone under telephone cables and over the garden wall on a busy road - placing everything strategically to maintain access to our driveway. “We have recently returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris followed by a few days in Paris that Lisa booked for us. We originally booked for early June but unfortunately our daughter came down with chicken pox 3 days before so we had to cancel, Lisa was amazing and cancelled it all for us preparing the documents for the insurance company which helped massively, taking a huge stress away from a very stressful situation. When we were ready to rebook a couple of weeks later Lisa sourced the perfect hotels and flights for us. We had the best holiday making lots of wonderful memories with our children.
