“Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. Big thanks this time to Lavinia, Kevin and the nice young man who kept our delicious breakfasts topped up - I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. Already looking forward to our next visit.”

“Very convenient and handy little store. Nice staff and even a friendly security guard. A little bit more expensive than some supermarkets. But you pay for the quality and local convenience i guess. Handy for people who live on Chaple Street”

“I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain. “Great food, portion sizes and price. Paper bags are appreciated, and fruit juice - so many places fizzy drinks are the only option but not here. Doner kebab is full of meat (never has bones in it) and the salad is always fresh. Fries are always seasoned nicely. Chicken wrap is also full of meat. This is the go to chicken shop on langworthy”

“Stayed at travelodge lodge central arena as we were staying in Manchester seeing a show, ordered Don Bravo at 11.30pm, arrived before midnight however was missing 2 chips. I rung them and within 15 minutes they had delivered 2 piping hot fresh chips. Food was really good, service was great. I would recommend as well as order again. Thank you.”

“I had never heard of this pharmacy before but when my normal chemist wouldn’t order the district nurses’ prescription as there was a word missing, they used this service.I spoke to Mukaram and he made sure all my dressings were delivered before anyone else’s prescription. Fantastic service and Mukaram is so friendly, helpful and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Coco Nails is hands down my favourite salon! The service is always flawless and the staff are so lovely, I feel completely relaxed every time I go. A special thank you to Dan for my gorgeous French tips, and to the other lovely guy who did my pedicure - honestly they do best pedicure treatments, I feel amazing! “Came here on a random off chance of trying out the food. Looks are deceiving from the outside but they do some great pizza let me tell you! Got chatting to the bloke at the front called Rana. Was a really nice guy.”

“First time I tried this cracking little place. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Reasonable quality fast food at a reasonable price. It doesn't try to be pretentious or trendy. It's just your basic kebabs, burgers and pizza. A cheap treat when you can't be bothered to cook. Also worth mentioning is that it has a five star hygiene rating. Recommended.”

“Huge selection of items at great prices. Self checkouts are actually made for larger shops, which is great when you want to spend the time packing your bags. Only found this place by chance when taking a walk down the river park. A much more enjoyable shopping experience than my usual (Aldi, Arndale)”

“I was there to have my hair done for my son’s wedding. Dilan made sure my experience was perfect. I arrived all tense and he quickly made me relax. I had my hair washed and dried straight it lasted all day with being touched. He is patient, kind and a wonderful hairstylist and I would recommend him to everyone ❤️”

“Popped in on the off chance to get a portrait of my granddaughter today, 25/4/25. The staff were just lovely, very accommodating as someone had not turned up. The photos were stunning and I came home with them. Thank you ladies, I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.”

“Came here yesterday with a friend and ordered 2 hot drinks and breakfasts. The drinks and food came quickly. Food was hot and fresh. Big shout out to Lesley and Lewis were great front of house they were friendly and nothing was too much trouble we asked for a little extra milk for the tea and this was done without any problem. There was a lovely atmosphere great to see a happy environment and great teamwork”
