“I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

“Very good first impressions. Everything was delicious and set a really high standard. It had the right level of spice and nice combination of flavours. Chips were not soggy and my grilled chicken burger with double cheese was cooked to perfection. Service was professional and also very welcoming. My stylist, Anna, always gives good advice about my hair colour so it doesn't get too saturated with dye products. As a result I have lovely soft & healthy hair, even though it is coloured regularly.”
