“We have recently returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris followed by a few days in Paris that Lisa booked for us. We originally booked for early June but unfortunately our daughter came down with chicken pox 3 days before so we had to cancel, Lisa was amazing and cancelled it all for us preparing the documents for the insurance company which helped massively, taking a huge stress away from a very stressful situation.
