“This was our first time using Ellen Smith Coach Company and I have to say they were 5 star. From the punctual pick up at our home to the return journey everything was first class. Our driver Yvonne was wonderful and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for us. She was a careful and skilled driver. Despite us sitting at the back of the coach the journey was so smooth and you hardly knew you were moving. This was down to her excellent driving skills. The hotel The Royal York and Faulkner was also first class and this was obvious from the extremely efficient and quick way we were all checked in. This hotel prides itself in dedication and attention to detail to ensure that an atmosphere of relaxation and friendliness pervades. The hotel enjoys an unrivalled position on the sea front at Sidmouth and minutes walk from the beautiful town centre. What a superb holiday. Definitely will be returning with Ellen Smith. “Thank you to Noori Travels as this was my first time going on Umrah and Noori Travels was a recommendation from a colleague so I went to their Travel shop in Levenshulme and the service provided by Awais was exceptional as he provided usefull information regarding umrah and gave booklets,tasbees and water bottles for zam zam water. The visa process was fast and easy as I got it within 2 days. Also they gave fast responses to any emails or phone calls I did. Highly recommended as prices are reasonable and the travel agents are very reliable and friendly. Last minute flight booking is very easy with them as they respond with in an hour and provide flight updates”

'Tan', your Driver came to pick us up, from the start nothing too much trouble. He was smart, helpful and informative and put us all at ease., and the coach was spotless and comfortable. The itinerary was perfect, and informative it taught us a lot of the history of Sheffield and Steel. We saw old and new building's, Wentworth statley home, RHA flower show, Hamlet all thought out with care. The Hotel 'Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria'was beautiful, lovely and clean welcoming and the staff very helpful. Food excellent, the rooms excellent especially with all the extras, which we didn't expect but made it all the more welcoming. When told of this over the phone the driver immediately headed back and refunded them in full. “I am so glad that I have booked my first Umrah trip with Mohsin Bahi from Wish Travel. It was easy and hassle free process. I have been give. Different options/packages to choose from. The hotel is Madinah was 5* and about 50 steps away masjid door. The Hotel in Makkah was 4* and about 7 mins walk to Haram shareef. My flight was very good with just over 2 hour wait in Bahrain. “Family 2 adults 2 children (ages1 and 9 ) on arrival we requested a couple of things , the staff went above and beyond to help and made it the most wonderful arrival for the children. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed which 9 year old loved . Spacious clean plenty of storage , having the kitchen area , complete with washer dryer was a game changer , couple of washing tablets supplied so was able to leave without worrying about doing all the washing when we got home . Being able to use the swimming pool from 6am until 10pm and the gym open all hours with no added extra cost and towels supplied , was absolutely amazing and they’re really well presented. Car park right on the doorstep along with arndale a couple of minutes walk at the most . Overall a most relaxed memorable weekend will definitely use them again and really well priced .
