“Excellent care at Arden Ward Stepping Hill Cannot praise the entire staff highly enough ,they are a superb compassionate caring skilled and expert team working hard for all patients. What started as a very scary experience became very rapidly a great healing process. The ward is modern and well looked after, constant cleaning,nice comfy chairs,great occupational therapy classes available each weekday, food is delivered cipus with home made soups and desserts and a choice of food daily. The nursing staff in their entirety including the night staff work extremely hard to support and encourage patients ,they're very skilled at encouraging healthy choices to assist healing. Nice touches like the 9 pm toast makes it surprisingly homely Don't be afraid if you have to stay-at-home the staff will care for you so well with dedication and enthusiasm.”

“Today 9/4/20 I had to collect my prescription but there was problem (nothing to do with Lloyds pharmacy in Sainsbury’s) I have got to say that each and everyone of the staff at the pharmacy were extremely professional and went that a mile to help me. They could see I was in pain and we got things sorted. They were so helpful and I felt I had to leave a review to say thank you to all be pharmacy staff there”
