“Lovely nature reserve with well maintained hides. Nice cafe, and reasonably tidy public toilets although they are only open when the cafe is open. Ample parking, reasonably priced. Look forward to the reopening of the lower car park as enjoyed the walk up to the lake. The Bunting hide is my favourite. There is also a great upgraded kids play area.”

“Had to return trainers as my orthotics didn't fit. I had lost receipt so wasn't holding out much hope in being able to do so. Aidan was very helpful and eventually sorted it for me. I then asked for assistance purchasing some different trainers with removable insoles. Again Aidan was helpful,very patient and I went away with trainers to accommodate my difficult feet.”
