“The service was top-notch—friendly, prompt, and attentive. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, accommodating special requests with a smile. The highlight for me was the full breakfast. It’s an incredible value, offering generous portions of delicious, freshly made dishes. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the bacon was crispy, and the pastries were divine. Every element of the meal, from juices to coffee, was exceptional. “Food is top notch and had a great meal. Walked in and kinda stood in the middle awkwardly waiting to been seen too, it looked like they were having issues with one of the machines, thought someone would have acknowledged us or asked if we wanted a seat (if someone said hi be with you in a second we won't of felt weird, like we were in the middle of their service). We approached one of the waitresses and asked if we can sit outside, found a space and was given a menu, asked if we wanted a drink straight away but said we needed time to review the menu as it was our first time here. Our waitress was very younger and honest with her description about the food. The menu sounded tasty and wanted to try it all, but settled for the eggs Benedict, my partner getting the salmon and I got the bacon. Ordered a passion fruit smoothie and a pineapple smoothie too, these came out very quickly and were very refreshing, the passion fruit was sweet and sharp and was a decent amount. We were told that my bacon dish would come out later as they ran out of supplies and asked if I was happy to wait and I agreed, 5minutes later both of our meals came out and looked fantastic! The garlic spinach was bang on, not over powering at all, the bacon was real bacon, tasted of good quality and decent amount and the eggs were a little over for my liking but tasty none the less. The potatoes were well seasoned and very crispy, enjoyed dipping into some ketchup. Fantastic meal and highly recommend it. My partners dish looks scrumptious too. After both finishing our meals, we were satisfied and happy with the meal we had just had but wanted a sweet treat. We ordered a plate of pancakes to share, best decision of the day. Three beautifully stack pillows with caramelised banana in-between with just the right amount of Nutella on.. the picture can not convey how tasty this was! Although we had a great experience here, some other patrons didn't, two people had a delay with their coffee which they made very clear to the rest of the diners, telling everyone how they had waited a long time as they left, turns out busy bees were having issues with the coffee machine and the diners were told, even given a brownie for the delay but still left disgruntled. Another table waited the entire length of our meal (two courses) to be served hers only to be packaged up for her to take away. Amazing to have something like this so close to us and can't wait to visit again, it is new and more can be done to refine the service making it more smooth and to help all patrons have the same experience but I'm really happy something like this is here (Perhaps giving roles or sections/tables to stop doubling up (one table was asked if the food was okay by three different waitresses)). Definitely coming back again for the food, well worth a visit!”

“Wow, this place is amazing! This is the first time my partner (Kieran) and I have ordered from here, and it most certainly won't be the last. The chicken in the korma was beautiful - so tender with absolutely no fatty bits. My partner said the same about his lamb too. The authentic pilau rice.. the garlic and coriander naan which was so garlicky... the heavenly salt and pepper chips - everything was quite simply PERFECT. They even gave us some free tikka bites, along with a lovely handwritten message welcoming us to the place. The delivery guy was so friendly too. I simply can't fault this place - and that's coming from someone who can be quite picky. All that's left to say now, is THANK YOU!”

“Visited many times & never had a bad experience. Lovely little play corner for children. Also had an afternoon tea baby shower for a friend not long ago, after the new owners took over. They did a fantastic job & having the place to ourselves worked perfectly. Thank you!”

“We came on a Sunday, having been to an event in Manchester the night before. Looked this place up online for being open, having a good menu, and for being accessible as I was on crutches and wearing a surgical boot. All the boxes were ticked, and the welcome was brilliant, the lady owner was a lovely smiling hostess. The food was good, served quickly, piping hot and just what we wanted. Even on a Sunday, sited in a mainly industrial area, the cafe was busy and it is probably packed during the week. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches. All round, a great choice. Thank you”

“We are meeting us a group of five for our annual Christmas sharing meal. This is my first time at Albert’s and I have to say the food was amazing. The service was brilliant. Steak was cooked to perfection. That peppercorn sauce was fantastic and Elly who was our server very helpful?”

“To all the people leaving reviews that they’re not open same as the hours listed: If you notice they’re shut at 6pm everyday.. then suggest an edit to google maps so that it’s accurate instead of leaving a negative review that will hurt their business which pays their bills. Would suck if someone came for you and your livelihood because you’re not working overtime during a pandemic. If you know from experience they’re not open late then why do you keep going back expecting them to be open? Lol. If you love Tesco so much & they love you so much.. then go there! They’re probably more equipped to deal with your crumby attitudes.”
