I’ve had issues with one tooth for a while and am happy with the conservative approach that’s been taken with it. When I told the hygienist Saarah that I didn’t love the ultrasonic scalers, she was really considerate and it was one of the best cleanings I’ve had. “Overall I always have a good experience at Ethos Dental, excellent Dentist and receptionists, my only small complaint is, sometimes the unavailable waiting time, with people late etc, on my recent visit I was a 09-30 appointment, checked in and sat down waiting, I could see the surgery door open and chatting/laughter coming from there, expecting to be called any minute but no, another guy came in 5 minutes after me, the previous appointment, he went in virtually as he arrived, to my mind he should have been made to wait and I should have been seen before him, so I presume that's why appointments run late.
