I think that the very fact that I have continued going here for so long speaks for itself. Because of his busy schedule, my latest appointments which called for emergency treatment have been with Dr Meira and, as with Dr Haffner, I am totally impressed with her professionalism and with the kindness with which she cares for her patients, neither of which can I speak too highly of. She was extremely nervous and Jonathan and his nurse put her at ease from the moment we arrived. The entire process went so well, so much so that she was unaware that the teeth had even been removed! “I have been a patient at this practice for approximately 25 years (along with my three children). I started out as a nervous patient but that is, happily, a thing of the past! In fact, I look forward to my appointments - and so do my, now adult, children - thanks to the care we received here. I am guilty of forgetting an appointment and having to cancel at short-notice and have never encountered an issue or been made to feel guilty. I have always been treated with respect and understanding (mind you, I’m always polite and never entitled). Staff are always polite, respectful and friendly and are great communicators. In summary, I love my dental practice and really appreciate them!”

“Friendly staff. Easy to make appointments through email, messaging or phone call. I always feel welcome and feel like the advice I am given is well considered. I am generally seen on time and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrive. I'm not a fan of people opening my mouth and shoving in small vacuums and metal contraptions in there, however, I'd rather have it done here than anywhere else I've ever been to.”
