“We have been seeing Jenny for over 2 years since our son was 8 weeks old. He was born with Spina Bifida, we started going to Jenny to ensure he was meeting all his mobility milestones. Jenny is really experienced and knowledgeable, helped so much with advice, and lots of tasks to practice at home. Seeing Jenny has been one of the best decisions we made. Our son has full mobility and probably would have had anyway however having regular appointments has given us the opportunity to learn how to help his walking journey with confidence and guidance. She has picked up on things we wouldn’t spot which helped when we meet with the consultants. Would really recommend”

“I've been impressed by the level of consideration, compassion, thought and care shown by the team at Tiptoes. The clinical supervision is of a class and quality that I'd not previously experienced and I valued it greatly. The office is mostly on one level so is very accessible though I think the toilet may present a challenge for wheelchair users to access unaided. It's a comfortable and welcoming environment that's open and friendly. They have an impressive array of therapeutic services available to children, families, staff and organisations. I've found my contact with this service transformational.”

“My little one has been going here for a year now and honestly its the nicest nursery. If your kid is outdoorsey this is perfect place as the kids go out for walks round the park and play out a lot. The girls looking after the kids are amazing and attention to detail to each kids needs are looked after well. Would reccomend.”

“The best nursery we could have picked for our daughter. We chose Kinder Giggles because it was small and has a family feel to it. My daughter was born during lockdown and had some health issues and i felt supported by the staff in making sure she was safe and settled. She absolutely loves her time at nursery with all of her friends. We are kept up to date with all of the amazing activities they do throughout the day. Management have always been approachable and flexible if I have needed to change days or times. We have used other nurseries in the area for my other child and feel they have not been at the same standard as what kinder Giggles is. Thanks everyone for all of your hard work xx”

“My daughter has been going to Space Station since she was 14 months old. She has been very happy in all the rooms from babies through to Waddlers and Toddlers. She loves playing and dancing with her little friends and the staff make a really big effort with lots of great activities and themed weeks. Kim - the manager - is always very responsive, helpful and accommodating and was from our very first visit to look around. My daughter used reusable nappies and staff were happy to accommodate these too. I would definitely recommend Space Station!”

“My daughter has just left Bright Futures to start reception. She attended the nursery from 11 months old and during this time I can not fault Bright Futures for the care and attention they gave her. All the staff accommodated her individual needs, constantly checked in with me about her development, I received regular updates about her week, she loved the food provided and most importantly they provided a safe environment for her throughout the time she was there. “I cannot recommend Educare enough. From Becky, the manager, to each and every one of my son's key workers throughout the three years he has been there (Kirsty, Nicola, Emy, Alicia, Lizzie, Amy, Elena), I have always felt he is in the safest hands. Every member of staff is just the loveliest - they put tonnes of effort into the activities they plan, and parents are kept up to date with progress and pictures. Nothing is ever too much, even when I call up in the middle of the day because "he just seemed a bit sad this morning and I wanted to check whether he's cheered up and now having a good day!". They don't just give it lip service, they keep me on the line as they go to check on him, and will pass me on to his key worker if a bigger update is needed. Any time he's had a bump or fall (he's a kid, it's going to happen!), it's been recorded, and I've had a detailed account of exactly how it came about - which ALWAYS matches up to my son's description of the event, too. I really do love all the staff here, they provide a really personal touch which makes the world of difference. And to have your kid come home and say their key worker is their BEST FRIEND is the most heartwarming thing ever. He feels safe, and so do I.”

“An amazing team of dedicated childminders. Jade, Gem, and Janet are an absolute joy to be around and work with and they really know how to connect with children and make them feel comfortable. Our little one loves them and loves going to the nursery, and there are always fun new activities to do and learn from. Lots of new friends have been made and it has become like a second home. We are kept updated throughout the day with a daily diary and photos on our own personal group chat. We would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking for dedicated childminders. She loves her days here, even when she is a bit apprehensive to leave me the ladies are so lovely and quick to update the baby's days app with pictures of all the interesting things she is getting up to, which puts my mind at ease. The nursery has such a lovely feel to it, different to other nurseries in the area. The updates you receive on the app throughout the day are reassuring which are then backed up by the big smile on my daughters face when I pick her up and the stories she has to tell me about her day. Dr Rhian Hudson completed a thorough assessment of our child's cognitive abilities, to identify any learning needs and inform teaching and support requirements. The final report is a high quality comprehensive document which details exactly what the issues are, as well as making helpful recommendations. We are very happy with the assessment process and with Dr Hudson's communication throughout. Highly recommended.”

All the staff are so caring and loving, like a family away from home - three of his key persons particularly standout, Katie G who was his first in Bunnies and supported his transition into nursery life, Jess for support with his speech and language while he was in Fox Cubs and Malaika while he was in Owls for nurturing his curiosity through her experiments. His first parents evening at primary school was full of positives and he is hitting or exceeding all his targets, part of this is the play and experiences he had while being at Footsteps! “Paintpots is an amazing nursery. My little boy has settled in well and has flourished due to their care and attention that they provide daily. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I receive a report at each term end with my little boys progress and a daily report on the app to highlight the daily activities and foods that he has eaten. On pick up I get a run down verbally of how he has been, which is very reassuring that they are looking after him and monitoring him all the time. I would highly recommend paint pots nursery. I understand how important it is to place your child at the right nursery and feel confident that they are being looked after. I can't praise the pre school room members of staff enough, they are truly amazing!”
