I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Fergus has been attending DogsZone for the last few months & I can honestly say the staff are so friendly & helpful & seem to really enjoy the company of the dogs. Fergus has some health issues with his stomach & staff sometimes feed him for me & this often isn’t easy as he’ll lose his appetite but they always persevere. I receive videos & photos all day of Fergus & the other dogs playing indoors & outdoors which is very reassuring. I highly recommend DogsZone!”

“Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in and didn't feel any sense of hard selling as with some others. Very reasonably priced for some of the works of art that I saw go past me in that place. I went in to get pets nails clipped and waited there. The service was fast and efficient and the dog groomer was very friendly and easy to chat with which was a bonus. Groomer seemed both knowledgeable in the care of animals conditions which might require more delicate handling, as with mine--clearly very experienced. The shop comprises of a dog grooming salon, offering wash and dry, cutting deshedding and nail clipping from recollection. The other side has a good range on offer, from bedding and toys to food stuffs. Thank you once again!”

The other staff i’ve spoken to on the phone have been honest and given me updates on the two occasions I called up, my dog absolutely adored her time there and she didn’t want to leave, and my kitten was anxious at first but as soon as she’d settled in due to the staff being lovely and caring with her, they’ve had their own little holiday whilst i’ve been on holiday! I can never thank you enough for looking after my babies and I am secure knowing you’ll have them again next month when I go away, and for any time in the future! Thank you so so much”

“This is an amazing doggy daycare :) My dog Willow used to be nervous going in, but now she cannot wait to get in, and is barking her head off to tell her mates she's arrived. She is a very fit dog, but Happy Dogs always tires her out. Paul and Adam are very friendly, and the reception always looks great. I really don't know what we would do without them, it's a great place.”

“I can't recommend the Doggie House highly enough, everyone is fantastic they really care and love all the dogs that go. We lost our dog in December she had been going to the Doggie house for 8years or so, our new girl wolfie is now going and I know when I leave her she is haveing a great play time. From start to finish my entire experience was beyond expectations, from booking the appointment to the explained aftercare every single second of it was exceptional. I recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and she was in dire need of a good pamper. These guys went above and beyond to ensure Nancy had an incredible experience, every question I had was answered and just gave me such comfort in knowing my cat would be very well looked after, even with the extra attention that Nancy needed it wasn't too much. An absolutely fantastic set up, the owners and staff are amazing, you can tell straight away they really care. Facilities immaculate and we've now started putting our new maltipoo with them. “Honestly couldn’t fault the team at no more kennels. I only recently found the company but I have felt so at ease with leaving my boy there. They took the time to get to know him and understand his behaviours as he’s a very active dog who just loves playing. I feel a sense of relief taking him there knowing he loves them as much as they love him. We love that we can see him on the cameras having fun and being treated with love and kindness from the staff. I would recommend no more kennels to anyone looking for a safe place for there fur babies to go. I trust them completely with my Rocco and will be using them for years to come.”

“Cannot recommend the Dogs & Divas doggy daycare service and cat sitting service enough! Our dog loves playing at doggy daycare with all the other dogs and the staff are extremely friendly. We have also used the cat sitting service which is more preferable for our cat than a cattery and he got so much love and attention from Dawn and the team on his daily visits.”

“So this is a bit late, but i went away on holiday for 3 weeks and booked my large cockapoo and cocker spaniel in together for the duration… Keepers were fantastic, they put my worries at rest over a phone call as i’ve never boarded them before. They were collected and dropped off which made it a hassle free process for us, and the dogs were just as always - no sulking!! “I've taken my rather nervous lab here a few times and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. The first time (before lockdown) it was no problem to sit in reception so he could see me. After that he was fine and the staff are just great. He comes out looking and smelling devine and I don't need to think about another visit for at least 3 or 4 months. Recommended.”

“I have used the services of Arkadia dog grooming every 4-5 weeks since opening, with the exception of lockdown! I find the staff to be very professional. The visit starts with a consultation about your requirements for that particular visit with advice and guidance provided where necessary. Each time I have been happy with the quality of the groom provided and although my dog can be a little nervous he seems completely relaxed before and after his visit. In comparison to other companies I have used the prices are really competitive and the products used are really good quality.”

“I can't recommend Happy Feet enough!! I have an old boy Wilson, who is 13 years old now and I wanted somewhere that I knew he would be treated well and made to feel at home. Diane is lovely and you can tell she genuinely cares about all her visitors. When I went to pick him up after his stay he wouldn't get in the car! That's how well he was treated. If I could give 6 stars I would. Big area for them to wander around, absolutely fantastic. Thank you Diane and family :)”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”
