“Have to say, we would be lost without petpals looking after our cats when we go away, far cheaper than putting the cats in a cattery and we know they are all safe,fed , kept warm and are well when we are not there- one of the best advantages of the service is you also know your house is in safe hands closing the curtains and turning on the lights at night. They know all our cats names and behaviours and introduce themselves before they start to look them/ when we come home from holidays a diary of all their behaviour , what they eat , drank and any issues (not one so far). We have used petpals for a few years now and will continue to do so. The previous comment with one star is completely off topic!”

“Pedro & Eli looked after our puppy over Christmas for a 2 week period. Our dog had such a lovely time and we were kept up to date with loads & loads of lovely photos & videos. I think our dog learned from Pedro and Eli clearly just loves dogs. Would recommend!”

“My Dog had an amazing time here, lovely big secure open space in a very secure field. The Trainers are amazing, they know there stuff, my dog is such a calm boy now. There are so many opportunities to choose from Shows, fun days, photography shoots, events, professional trainer that come to the farm, social walks, group training sessions at all levels and agility, hoopers etc the list goes on and on. Well worth a visit”

“Scott has been walking my dog, Rupert, for nearly 1.5 years. He started doing puppy visits initially until he was vaccinated which he then joined the group walks. Throughout it all Scott has been amazing with him and Rupert gets so excited every time he gets picked up! The best touch on it is the updates via Instagram stories where I can see my little boy running around being happy. I highly recommend the value of the service for the price compared to doggy day care.”

“Natalie has been walking Stella since she’s been old enough to go for walks, and did puppy visits before that. She’s helped with training, socialising and so much more! We know our girl is in the safest of hands with Natalie, and judging from the pictures and how tired she is when she gets home, she has a great time too! The Pet Care company are friendly, flexible, reliable, and love your pet as much as you do, cannot recommend them enough. We’d be lost without Natalie!”

They have a great time on their daily walks with Noel and Holly and always come back happy. Walks are long and varied and our dog always comes back tired, happy and very clean. Reece takes plenty of high quality photos and videos and sends updates via text or WhatsApp. It's very obvious that Reece enjoys his time with the dogs in his care and our dog certainly enjoys his time with Reece. “Mandi has been walking our dog 3 times a week for 6 months now and we couldn’t recommend her enough. Mandi is absolutely fantastic with our dog, he adores her and is so happy when she knocks at the door. Mandi has built a careful bond with our dog and she has been so understanding about his needs to be solo walked and any other needs that he has. She is so kind and has never let us down in 6 months. She is just a fantastic person and any dog is lucky to be walked by her.”

“Chelsey has been walking my two dogs for over a year now and have never had any issues at all! One of my dogs is a rescue husky cross and can be a bit nervous of new people and she has previously remained nervous of dog walkers, even after months of walking with them. But she is always so excited when Chelsey comes to collect them and adores her completely. My other dog seriously loves Chesley as well! They are always tired when they get back so I know they have had a really good walk! For the time they are out and the quality of the walk they get, the cost is really reasonable as well. Couldn't fault her at all and would 10000% recommend to anyone!”

“Cam is an absolute Star. I was nervous leaving my pup with another human for the night, especially as he can be quite a high maintenence dog, but Cam put me completely at ease. I was kept updated with pictures of Bilbo relaxed or interacting with a chew. He was kept entertained with enrichment activities and I felt confident that he was happy and cared for. Bilbo loved his sleepover with Aunty Cam, and she will be the first person we will call if we need a dog sitter again. 11/10 - would recommend”

“Angela does an amazing job with our dog, Yarra comes back exhausted but very happy! Every time Angela or Jai come to pick her up she is always so excited to go with them and it's easy to see how much she loves them. They have also definitely improved her ability to walk on a lead (used to be pretty much impossible) and her socialisation with other dogs. Thank you so much for looking after her so well.”

“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”
