“I’ve been going to Roma since 1999. That makes me feel oldddd, but other than the building becoming a part of Morrisons all those years ago, nothing else has changed. That’s a great thing. Superb coffee, great service, lovely staff, high quality deli produce and products, and the Tonno Bianco pizza is still my favourite pizza of all time. I’d always highly recommend this fantastic deli/cafe”

“We’ve been here twice recently because it’s just so good! The first time I had the Turkish eggs with halloumi and sausage, then the second time I went for the chicken and pancakes, both were amazing. One visit was around 11am on a Saturday and there was about a 15-minute wait, but definitely worth it. The other time we went a bit later and got a table straight away. You can book ahead, but they also keep some tables for walk-ins. Staff are nice and friendly and really good to accommodate allergies too”

Being blonde, I think it can be hard to find the right hairdresser but Mia gets it right every time. The salon itself is beautifully done, making every visit feel like luxury. “Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”

“Mezzaluna has become our favourite Italian restaurant. We love to bring more and more friends here, to try their wonderful menu! The staff are all so lovely and friendly, they even help you make up your mind when you're uncertain what to have! The facilities are clean and well kept, the atmosphere is cosy yet spacious. We look forward to every opportunity to come back! Our favourites are the carbonara and another dish with pistachios crushed and mixed in. Their desserts are freshly made on site and if you get the chance try their profiteroles, you won't be disappointed!”

“What an amazing venue this is, recently moved from another location, there's an incline up to the front door but NO steps. I will definatley be going again, my initial thoughts were that you had to book a meal or a show to go in, but NO you can just go in for drinks like any other bar. There's big screens showing current sports events and if there's an evening performer on there are soundproof doors separating the 2 rooms. Great for a night out keep a look out on Facebook or Skiddle (event ticket app) for upcoming shows. We saw an ABBA tribute act and they were brilliant. There's plenty of seats. When you book your tickets you get a table all with a great view. A waitress will come round to take any drinks orders and pay by card so you won't miss any of the show either. Everywhere is spotless, there's plenty of places for a photo op, there's even a photo booth downstairs near the loos. And all the staff were lovely too.”

“Really lovely place with great food! My husband order a burger and I ordered a burrito. Enjoyed the food and the price was reasonable. If there's an improvement maybe it would be nice to have a spiced rice instead of plain rice for the burrito as it watered down the taste but overall, we enjoyed the food. Husband said it was probably the best burger that he had in Manchester! The fries that we had was amazing too! We'd love to be back and try the other stuff in their menu.”

“Did a quick Google search and this place was about 5 miles from where I was , plenty of places local to where I was, searched for brunch, I wasn't disappointed, everything was superb, the breakfast was excellent, all quality stuff, place is bright and airy, service was second to none, nothing too much trouble, staff are brilliant, just the right level of service, will definitely be looking forward to a second visit when I'm passing this way again, *****”

Found Golden Crown based on a friends recommendation and happy to say we’ve found our new favourite! Bit of a drive but well worth it. We tried the combo for 2 and everything was amazing especially the crispy chicken in OK sauce. 10/10!!”

“Our local takeaway never disappoints. Well priced and never had to wait too long. Had a range of food, it's all lovely. My favourite is the tofu satay and salt and pepper chips. My partner loves the beef fried rice. The staff are always so friendly too !”

“As I've never been to this pub before, I thought I'd pop in with my big sister. As a birthday treat I had my favourite cheeky pint of bitter, that was purfik I must say. The Service was great, the pub was spotless and people very friendly. We sat outside in the beer garden as it was a fabulous sunny day. The bowling green looked fantastic, I had to look twice to make sure it was real! As I was in a rush, I sadly didn't have any food here, but hope to next time. I believe they do live music here, so can't wait to visit then. As Arny says, "I'll be back"!”
