“From first walking in the door there is a relaxed atmosphere in the lovely, bright waiting room. Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”

“Really good results. I’d had physio previously as I hadn’t been able to turn my head to the right for months and my neck was so sore. Stolios was really clear it would improve, would need 4/5 sessions and that doing the exercises was essential to recovery. After 2 weeks I was starting to doubt. By week 3 there was good progress, 4 sessions and we were done. Clear instructions to keep up the exercises. Seriously, life changing. Significantly reduced pain, and 90% + mobility. Thank you!”

“Exceptional service from Mike and the team! I had a slow puncture in my back left run flat tyre which I took to National first to have it looked at and get a quote. They advised it couldn't be fixed due to the placement of the nail which was causing the puncture. Instead, they told me a replacement run flat tyre would cost £310 minimum (which seemed crazy!). Rather than do that immediately, I wanted to check in with somewhere local to compare prices. I took my car to Mike where he inspected and told me that those prices were outrageous. Once he had looked at it, he said that I didn't even necessarily need run flats, but National never bothered to mention that and tried upselling me massively. In the end, Mike and the team replaced BOTH my back tyres for a total of £160 all in, double the tyres for half the price and great service at the same time. The tyres were B grade grip and on par quality with Pirrelli tyres. Overall, very happy and couldn't recommend Mike enough if you need new tyres. Ordered them and fitted next day, only took 1 hour to do the work. Thanks very much!”

“I was sent here through work following a road traffic accident. I would highly recommend physio here. For the first time after years of physiotherapies for various reasons elsewhere Paul took the time to explain to me the inner workings of the body and the progress of the body following injury and rehabilitation and I have to say that helped my recovery more than anything. The time and patience taken to talk me through my recovery was above and beyond. Just a couple of minutes walk from the tram too, I would definitely return.”

There are enough estate agents to chose from in Prestwich - I opted for Clive Anthony to sell my property as they came across honest, were available evenings and weekends including Sunday (which is when I am available but more importantly I am sure that's when most buyers are too) & they were competitively priced. From the outset they have been excellent. “I’m extremely happy with Total Fitness Whitefield, especially the Women’s Gym section. My wife has been training with PT Sahar, and the improvement has been incredible. She had been struggling with back pain for a long time, and after working with Sahar, her pain has reduced by almost 90%. The progress is real and visible. Sahar is a fantastic trainer—professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly focused on each person’s needs. She designs the workouts specifically for my wife’s condition and motivates her at every step. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better PT for her. I also visit the main gym regularly, and I personally drive her so she can train in the women’s section. It’s totally worth it when you see such amazing results. Highly recommended gym, and a big shoutout to PT Sahar for her outstanding work!”
