“I don't know why, but I've always thought this place would be a bit of a dive and so in the 30 years I've lived here, I've never been in. I'm sorry! However, as Stacked are now cooking here, we gave it a go. The bar staff were lovely and drinks were a lot cheaper than I've paid at other places which was a bonus. The guy on the bar also came over to make sure we understood the ordering process for Stacked which was good of him. Stacked was, as always, delicious and I'll review them separately. The only thing I will say, is that if you think Stacked is good when it's delivered, get down to the Prince of Orange and try it fresh!”

“Visited Dec 2025 for land of lights. This was very well organised. I purchased marshmallows in advance. The lights are beautiful and it wasn't too busy to enjoy it and take pictures. There was a good amount of food and drink stops. Fire pits are dotted along the way to toast marshmallows. The trail is pram friendly but the higher dinosaurs area may be inaccessible for motorised wheel chair users or people with double prams. There is a good amount of toilets available throughout. You will also find play areas along the way. I do wish they had been slightly better lit though. A selection of smaller rides where also open at an extra cost. All in all really enjoyable night out with the family.”

“We have only ever used Davron for trips to and from Manchester Airport and at least in this part of their service I can find no fault. Always been on time to pick us up from home and been on time in the place they said they'd be when we returned from holiday. “Last minute booking to stay the night. I wanted good pub food, comfortable bedroom and great service whilst being able to watch the football. This is what I got. Jordan behind the bar offered great service, Emma and Beth served me my food and Keira checked me into the hotel and constantly was checking i was happy and asking if she could help. Excellent service throughout. Greene King have a great team here.”
