“Amazing venue! The only place I found that do literally everything for you all within a very reasonable price! Booked in April for a surprise baby shower yesterday and it was perfect! The room was all decorated perfectly with the cutest little touches, Nat did the buffet for us which was lovely and fresh with a good variety of food! Bar was stocked with lots of different drinks & the bouncy castle was the best thing to keep the kids entertained and safe! Herself & dale literally couldn’t have done anymore for us! 10/10 experience & will definitely recommend! Thank you so much xxx”

“A great location with ample parking available - there are also bus routes nearby. Bright and clean, along with good access for all having a lift available. A view of the Oldham Athletic pitch thrown in! I have attended a number of events here, and can recommend the centre for both social and business functions. Catering has always been very good, with friendly and efficient staff.”

She was incredibly kind, polite, and always went out of her way to help — nothing was ever too much trouble. “Visited on Saturday at around 2:30pm and was very pleased with the service. I was seated by Paige, who was exceptionally accommodating — her approach was impeccable. Even when a customer at the neighbouring table became verbally rude and, in my view, aggressive, Paige maintained her composure and handled the situation extremely well.”

“I love this place! Emma's a wonderful talent and her flowers are simply beautiful. The little coffee shop is also amazing. You always get a warm welcome and a place to sit, enjoy a friendly chat and put the world to rights over fantastic coffee and delicious cakes. It's definitely one of my favourite places for sure.”

“Just been to watch 'Everyone's talking about Jamie'. Wow, just wow. What a brilliant production. I cried, properly cried and I turned to my friend who was also crying. The acting capability was outstanding. The venue, lovely, small and perfectly adequate. Never been to a show at the Playhouse before, but would 100% return. What an amazing night watching some talented young and older actors.”

“First trip to Oldham town centre for almost 50 years! Oldham road once had pubs on almost every corner as you headed there from Manchester City Centre, many from the long gone Oldham brewery. Madge fancied a trip on the Metro and we spotted this pub in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide. Well worth the trip for just this corner pub. A bank of ten real ales. Great vibe plus a front pavement seating area. Madge found a new Oldham brewery..We are Wolf. Bar snacks incl sausage rolls. Great visit.”

“'La Sensationale' Me and my partner have just been for the 1st time, and had a meal on a Saturday evening (6.00pm sitting). The place was packed when we walked in, so we thought that must be a good sign!? All courses were GORGEOUS and the portion sizes, although at first appearance seemed rather small, were actually just right! All staff that served us were lovely; very friendly and polite, which helped to make our visit feel extra special... This included the manageress who clearly runs a very well controlled operation as empty tables were cleared, cleaned and reset in a very fast and efficient manner! The place remained packed throughout our 2 hour stay, and we will definitely be returning very soon! A SPECIAL THANKS GOES TO MAGDALENA, WHO PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT!!
