All the children help each other out and praise each other with learning. Best decision I made to allow my daughter to attend here”

He will struggle to get his muzzle off (not to bite but doesn't like to be restricted). Debbie was very calm and patient with him throughout the appointment. Also gave us some useful tips on nail maintenance. Very reasonable cost.”

“I have stayed at a few Holiday Inns now (with my work), I know this one from way back, and a few acquaintances I know have not had good things to say about this one in Warrington. They must have stayed at a different Holiday Inn. When I walked in to reception you could tell it was very clean and tidy very professional and quick check in. Off to find my room, and it was superb when I got in. Spacious, spotless and just at the right temperature. It was a pleasure to not have to be disappointed. Had a nice evening meal in the restaurant, with good service despite it being very busy in the hotel this night. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of things on offer. The staff worked hard and where very chatty and informative, nice to see smiling happy faces first thing in the morning. Food was piping hot, tea or coffee was available neatly immediately you sat down. Other drinks also available if you do not drink tea and coffee. Tables where really clean an no marks or sticky residues from previous cleaning, someone works hard here keeping this place clean. Top marks for everyone here. I will stay here again on my next trip down. Holiday Inn, just need to repeat this winning formula at Warrington to a few other of the hotels elsewhere.”

Rainbow only ever visited their clinic in the UK, so it was comforting that he could peacefully fall asleep in a familiar place. Deciding to say goodbye to Rainbow was the hardest choice I’ve ever made, but the team made me feel so supported and at peace. I left Rainbow with the clinic for two days before his cremation. When I returned to pick him up, he looked so serene, like he was sleeping sweetly. Seeing him like that brought calm to my heart, and I could finally let go. “My daughter has been coming here for a year now doing Ballet on Saturday, 45 minute class. She really enjoys her classes with Miss. Emily and Miss Jenny. We absolutely loved the Great Showman performance in the Parr Hall. She loved her beautiful sparkly costume and dancing on the stage. Initially she did not know anyone and now she chats to Jennys mum as she helps her with her muddy football boots and shin pads, (as she come straight off the pitch to ballet) she says her own name for the register and skips into class with a smile. The little things matter and the friendly atmosphere helps her to thrive. I am hoping that the twins will be able to join Little crew shortly. Highly recommended x”

“I was stuck last Monday when my tyre warning light came on whilst I was driving on the m62. I found this garage and the gentleman was extremely helpful and topped up the tyres for me without problem which helped me reach my destination about 250miles away. Excellent service and I would highly recommend.”

“We stayed one night at The Park Royal, on a spa package, as part of our Q Hotels membership. We were checked in by Mary, who was super helpful and very friendly. Our room, 165 was spotlessly clean, a good size and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We’d pre booked a spa treatment each and the team were again, really friendly and helpful. Dinner was booked for 7:30 and taken in the main hotel restaurant. The setting was great and the team were as expected, attentive and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but the meals were very good. Checkout was seamless and our hotel bill was spot on. Thank you.”
