“Fabulous hair salon and every stylist I've had is exceptional no matter what level. I am more than happy to wing it and see if any one of them is available for a cut. I went today after 18 months due to breaking my knee and Nichola did my hair. Not only did she do a fabulous job, she gave me some really valuable advice. Even John Lee commented on the cut and I felt like a million dollars leaving the salon after a really difficult 12 months. Even the hair wash and massage was fabulous ....and they have tvs too now! For me, this is the best salon in Bolton and each and every one of the stylists and staff are quite frankly fabulous. I cannot praise them enough and unbeknown to them, they also helped me out massively when I first broke my knee by washing my hair. I still have to properly thank them for that and I will do. Thank you John Lee and your team.... you are all fabulous!”

“I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. “I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job. Excellent value for money. Professional service. A+++++”

“Very highly recommended. This has to be the nicest Indian meal I’ve had in a very long time. Brilliant service from very helpful, friendly staff, it’s also reasonably priced. Piping hot food that is of a high standard. The portions aren’t too big, but enough to be able to enjoy everything we ordered. The garlic naan is so good, as are the curries. Very clean throughout, including the toilets, which I find incredibly important.”

From the moment of stepping through the doors and into the reception area, you are made to feel so welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and the high end finish for a standard room was exceptional. We loved it! The food was excellent, too! As for the staff, well, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Nothing is too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel! Special mention needs to be given to Billy behind the bar for his help, patience and guidance with 'something technical' that left me able to use a new mobile phone purchased from the Tesco store next door! So, location wise the hotel is ideally situated and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants!”

Kimberly met me in the car park and took the girls in one at a time. This was such a relief to me as I stress each time I have to take them. Kimberly and Katie's understanding of our needs is exemplary. The groom experience went far smoother and both girls upon collection were happy and looking really smart after their treatments.
