He went out of his way to help me wiht the self service and also pack my bags. It is worth calling out when you get exceptional service. It doesnt cost much to do. “The initial contact with John was courteous and they were able to come ahead of a new carpet being fitted. On arrival John explained exactly what they were to do and carried out the cleaning of my sofa and chair expertly and super professionally. Tip top clean, the original colour restored, looks new. The staff are friendly and there's even a place where you can get some water for free because the sugar is getting a bit too much. “Visiting Stockport for the day and saw this place did vegan pizza, so thought we would give it a try. They have an amazing offer for a 12" pizza for 6.95, either vegan pepperoni or veggie. We chose the veggie (violife cheese) and it was lovely. The best vegan pizza we have had. Lovely thin and crispy base! The cheesy garlic bread 5.95 was also beautifully cooked and very tasty! If you are vegan stop by, you won't be disappointed. A lovely, fresh, hot lunch for 14.95 (pizza, garlic bread and a can of san pelligrino). Thank you Fireaway!”

“Thank you coop Wellington Road south, sk1 for helping my son this evening, at 13yrs old being stranded is very scary, his new phone had suddenly lost battery, his card wasn't being accepted on the bus and he needed to phone home for help. several shops in your area had turned him away, at night in tears and just 13 asking for help. coop helped without hesitation and welcomed him to wait in the store for his mum. Thank you so very much for showing compassion, I apologise for not knowing the details of the staff involved but they are a credit to your company.”

Having lost my parents recently I needed some beds and lounge furniture removed along with clearance of a garage full of absolute rubbish accumulated over 60 years. The team of 2 that attended were hugely efficient, friendly, helpful and extremely quick - all done and loaded within 2 hours which would’ve taken us at least 24 hrs! They even swept leaves and cobwebs up in garage before they left - above and beyond. I would highly recommend Hole in the Wall. Thanks for everything guys!”

The business premises are always tidy, clean, the opening hours are observed and most importantly, what I have only encountered in their stores, the coffee machines are always cleaned and functional. “Jess and Chelsea have proven to be commited to providing customers with the very best experience. They are endearing, warm, kind and helpful. Not just towards me but how I observed them helping other customers too. I had a situation where my ring caused an allergic reaction with my skin. I hadn't kept my receipt from 2 weeks prior. Yet Store Manager Chelsea along with Jess saw to it that I was supported in contacting Customer Services, even speaking directly with them in my behalf. The customer service were very understanding of my situation allowed me to trade in the ring up to the lowest Value its been on record. I'm very grateful to the staff. The store is in great hands under Chelsea's management. As for Jess, I learned today she is a temp for Christina's holidays. You would be a fool to let her go. “It is more of a takeaway, but there are a couple of couches to use if you would want to eat in. As for the menu, make sure you take your phone as you scan a QR code to get the menu. As I write this, it has only been open for a couple of months, but I am glad I found it. There are lots of options. Even for the less adventurous, there are flaversome options, vegetarians are also catered for. Overall, it was a great place to get your burrito fix. I will definitely be back.”
