“Joanne is incredible!! I booked Joanne a few years ago for my wedding which was due to take place last year and through countless postponements, worries and tears, Joanne has been extremely kind, supportive and overall a fantastic florist. Our wedding took place on 18th September and as soon as she arrived in the morning I was absolutely over the moon - she had grasped my vision better than I ever could've imagined and was also a super happy and calming presence. She created the most beautiful bouquets, corsages and buttonholes for my wedding party which looked and smelt incredible. For my ceremony she created the most wonderful flower arch and styled the area so beautifully with lanterns and petals, all done extremely elegantly and tastefully. And our table arrangements were breaktaking with beautiful foliage and tapered candles, making the most gorgeous and romantic setting. She worked fantastically with all of our other suppliers and created the most beautiful setting for us! I cannot thank/praise Joanne enough and will definitely work with her again in the future. Absolutely 5* service, design and delivery :)”

Delicious kebab meat is full of flavour And only made better with a good helping of mint sauce .. chips are as you would think from any takeaway but cooked well And got a free meat samosa to try ... And have to say best meat samosa I've had from any takeaway in manchester Will be back again when up chester road. Thanks great food and very polite service from the staff ( possibly owners )”

“Visited at a good time, wasn’t busy and not many people so atmosphere was great and service was not rushed. Waiter was a star and really nice and friendly. Food was delicious, enjoyed it with my dad and little sister and they came in generous portion sizes. Although the menu is quite pricy and some items are overpriced as well imo. Food tasted fresh though and we enjoyed it all and took some for takeout as well.”

“i am very grate full for every thing the staff did for me they helped me in a part of my life when not even my family would. i love my Nan she is a very important but she is on the edge and is very sick she has worked for all her life and is very comfortable with all the money she has she could easily buy what ever she wants e.g. a lambo but the thing is she doesn't need it and i do so i hatched a plan to earn the money that i need. i took her to this store and had a plan i wont go into specifics but it involved a tramplalen and some jelly it didn't go to plan when i was inside the store i convinced one of the employees to help me so after a wile of look around we leave and i get ready for the new plan as we leave the store i pretend to for get something in inside and leave her in the middle of the road then BANG she gets punted four feet and dies i scream in joy. after the funeral i get a couple milli and frames the employee he gets nothing and im rich”

“~1115 hours Sunday 16/02/25 Excellent Customer Service I rang this store on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different female staff members answering the phone promptly on first ring. All ladies took details of my request and went away to check my request/stock levels etc. unfortunately my call line kept disconnecting. However the 3rd lady I spoke with explained they had spoken with each other and left a message for me explaining they did attempt to recall me but were unable to do so, the product I requested was not in stock and advised me how to contact Adidas Customer Service Centre. I would like to thank all 3 ladies for their excellent customer service, pleasant telephone manners and expert knowledge, I know one of the ladies was a Manager in the store and will be able to highlight and pass on my thanks to her team members. “Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.”
