“Fantastic professional service received yesterday by Chris. My Husband hates shopping for shoes as he has little patience trying on shoes that rarely fit him from the usual High Street stores. He needed a new pair of Brogue Shoes and he had observed the staff from outside this store attending to a customer and he had been in to the store and was very impressed. After almost an hour, of trying on shoes, we eventually found the right shoes, with fitting and expert advice from Chris. My Husband was very happy with his birthday present of the Loake Edward Brogue Shoes in the beautiful Mahogany colour. We will definitely be back for another pair of shoes or boots as this experience was well worth the trip in to Manchester. Please keep up your good work and your exceptional service.”

“It was my first escape room and it was really fun. Our host Sham and all the other staff was super nice and helpful. We got guided through the escape room and eventually managed to solve it with a little help. 10/10 experience would definitely recommend. We did the blackbeard's treasure room, but i'm sure the other ones are fun as well”

“Lloyd was a great host and the escape room was top notch. Went for my sons 11th birthday and we played the scare floor one (great for Monsters Inc fans). Really well set up, some tricky puzzles and Lloyd shouts up when you are going in the wrong direction.. definitely recommend.”

Secondly, all our friends and family spoke so highly of him and absolutely loved the tricks. Was lovely to have him as part of the day. “This was my first time doing Hijama (full body wet cupping) and MashAllah brother was very good and professional, explained everything through before the procedure and gave me good post op advices. “My prostate problems arose following a relatively routine eye operation; basically, after the operation, I found I could not urinate. A catheter was fitted and there followed nearly five months under the care of a local NHS hospital with visits to A and E, UTIs, large amounts of blood in the urine, extreme pain, soreness, and such like. At one point I was hospitalised for eight days and an emergency operation was performed to cauterise bleeds from the prostate. Quality of life suffered. Day-to-day tasks became a trial, visits were curtailed and holidays cancelled. Finally, I was referred for a HoLEP procedure under the NHS but, because of the long waiting time and the loss of quality of life I opted for the operation to be performed at Spire Manchester by Mr Matthew Liew. The operation was performed within a few weeks from initial consultation. At that initial consultation, the procedure was thoroughly explained and all my questions answered. I was extremely satisfied with the treatment that I received during all my time at Spire Manchester under Mr Liew's care. Post-op, the staff were kind, attentive and supportive. They explained how the operation had gone and what to expect in the coming days and weeks. My recovery so far has followed what was outlined; blood in the urine ceased after about ten days and incontinence has diminished week by week and although still present it has only been six weeks since the operation; it is manageable and much improved since the early weeks. What has changed is my general quality of life. As my wife said, it's given us our lives back since we must be aware of the impact that this has not just on ourselves but on friends and loved-ones too. We are extremely grateful for everything that Mr Liew and the other staff have done for us and we would highly recommend this route to anyone. If I can add any further detail I would be delighted to do so.”
