I recently went to see David Shirley at Strategem FP. Not only is extremely knowledgable on a wide range of financial planning aspects, he's also very approachable. I told him my ideas on an investment strategy (which would have given him some fee paying work). David listened, then spent quite some time explaining why my strategy was not the optimal one for me, and provided me with an alternative strategy, which was best for me, although didn't provide him with any fees. It's safe to say that he really does act in the clients' best interest. I will more business people operated like David. Highly recommended.”

Byles arranged and managed all elements of the project, from working with us during the design (nothing was too much trouble), to providing excellent trades people for all the various aspects of the project. The quality is excellent, you get what you pay for! And the workmanship was of a very high standard. The work meant several rooms and areas of the house being "out of bounds" at the same time, but the team always worked with us to ensure that this never felt a major issue. A pleasant plus was that the end of each day everywhere was swept and all tools and materials tidied away - we never really felt that we were living on a building site. The new Kitchen, Utility and Downstairs WC, has massively transformed our house, and we would most definitely recommend using Byles.”
