From the moment we arrived, the music was turned down without asking (most places don't even ask, and when you do, businesses can be a bit off about the request.) Tyler was so understanding about J's needs, he even pointed out to me how he would not like a total restyle as it may be too much change. Such care was taken to make sure that J felt ok during his experience and wow he looked so smart! When I visited Ostia tools to view this lathe there was a Harrison 600 milling machine sat on a pallet nearby, naturally this caught my attention... and like a kid in a sweetshop I ended up buying that too. (Whether this is a recognised 'Ostia tools' sales ploy I have no idea, but it worked and I am extremely happy with my purchases). Aftersales support is spot on and I will certainly buy my future machines from this company.”
