“Amazing service, Loads of friendly staff all more than happy to help. Huge range of stock every you could ask for. I was really let down when an Online order I had placed had not been processed, meaning I had very little time to buy almost the entire uniform for two children both starting different schools. I was served by Jade, who made the hole ordeal stress free and an absolute pleasure. Turns out I would have ordered completely the wrong sizes, so was actually far better going in and trying on. “I cannot express how high the service was that myself and friend found yesterday. We were looking for a specific heel and colour shoe for a wedding outfit and every one of the staff couldn't of been more helpful. They went above and beyond! Within minutes of finding a perfect shoe and matching bag to unfortunately not having her size to next minute having an alternative style and her size in minutes. The mgr/assistant mgr asked to see the dress and then she was off round the store! Another assistant was in the back looking for anymore styles for my friend. Honestly well done to all the staff on Thursday 30/03/17 at the Bolton market place New Look. You made a lady smile and we both felt like you all were our personal shoppers! You were amazing! Thank you.”

“Few weeks ago l visited this guy on a Saturday at 13.30 just after he finished work at 13:00. We meet outside and I showed him the pipe which l wanted to buy . He opened his shop for me, pipe was £1 and l didn't have the £1 and could not accept card payment and ending getting the pipe for free. Thank you very much and God bless you and business. I have been back at your shop several times but it was closed.”
