“I came to the Manchester branch of Prestige Pawnbrokers for the first time today. I didn't know what to expect as I've never sold anything before & didn't know if id get ripped off or not. I was seen by Leanne and she was so lovely & honest & explained every step of the way what she was doing. Im guessing I got the best price I could have got but whatever Leanne as well as the other staff were really friendly & made me feel comfortable as I was feeling quite nervous & emotional inside due to the nature of the sale. “Very happy with the service. First time I used the garage which was recommended to me and the diagnosed the problem and carried out the work straight away. Exhaust bracket had broken and needed welding. Also honest about another issue where a previous garage had put cheap brake pads on which is why they are now squealing. Advised the brakes are still OK not worth replacing them yet and it will stop. Think they might have cleaned them as stopped squealing once I left. Excellent service will be using them again for future work and getting my MOT done there in future”
