“I personally had a very good experience with GC Business Finance. But my loan was sorted via The British Business bank who helped me with my business plan, and after a few weeks and amendments, they facilitated a start up loan with GC. From the moment it was approved it took around 7 days for the funds to hit my account and I am now on my way to getting started thanks to British Business Bank and GC Business Finance. I can not speak on behalf of others, but for myself it has been a pleasure. Others mention the wait times for calls if you have problems, but all you need to do is press 1 on your keypad and you stay in line and they call you back. As I say, I was told the wait time would be 100 mins and the automated service advised me if I wanted I could get a call back by simply pressing 1, it read back my number and in less than an hour I received my call, no issues, staff very friendly. I will say this, I emailed them recently and they never replied to the email. If any problems arise in the future I will update, but for now, I am happy.”

“My usual dental practice had broken the roots during an extraction and so I was referred to Bath Street for dental surgery to remove them. The Dentist (who was a Portuguese lady, I didn't catch her name but wanted to identify her) and her Hygienist were excellent. They both had an excellent manner at putting me at ease and were very gentle (considering the relatively brutal procedure that I needed to have carried out). Thank you very much ladies, your kindness was appreciated.”

“I'm surprised at the negative reviews on here. As a managing director of a company I decided I was capable of reclaiming PPI on an M&S account. After months of paperwork & frustration the ombudsman found in my favour but M&S successfully appealed. I was sent a letter asking me to sign if I wanted to resubmit my claim at a later date. I signed the form then contacted Claim Eazy, gutted my claim would be reduced by paying a fee! However it was worth every penny as they did in less than 6 Months what I'd been unable to achieve in over a year with numerous letters & phone calls.
