“We had a dinner at this restaurant. It was a delicious meal and a very pleasant evening. The service was fabulous and the atmosphere was very relaxing, all the guests around us looked happy. The restaurant was well designed, very cosy and elegant. All the dishes were beautifully served and delicious. We were even offered a freebie, appetiser, before our meals. We were very pleased that we found this restaurant and definitely would recommend it. I also liked very much Black Sheep Ale.”

SIMPLY because the food was bloody gorgeous and it was ate that quickly we forgot to take a before photo!! Sunitha has created a gorgeous menu with her team. “I was staying in the hotel for my 30th birthday and booked dinner for after the spa. The staff were so friendly and the food didn’t disappoint! We had the Lobster Mac and cheese, cheese Soufflee, ragu pasta and beef burger. All delicious. The new manager went the extra mile for my birthday, making us feel so special and welcome. I will certainly be back and thanks again to the wonderful team for an amazing night :)”

“I had a work conference at this place. Beautiful building and very open grounds. Room was nice and modern but I heard they have some older looking ones too. Staff were helpful, friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. A bit pricey but I'd probably go again.”

“Can't fault it for what you pay. We paid £66 per double room and booked 2. My wife, children and I had an overnight stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff where lovely, restaurant area was really nice, building itself from the outside is nice. Yes some bits are maybe a bit dated but what are you expecting for £66 a room.”

“Another brilliant trip aboard the Luciole. Home from home with a friendly and professional crew who go above and beyond what is expected. Really enjoyed learning about the local culture and history with a knowledgeable tour guide on a range of day trips including wine tasting and visits to Vezelay Abbey and Noyers medieval market town. The food provided by the on-board chef was delicious, as were the local wines and cheeses. A great way to see a beautiful area of France. Would highly recommend.”
