“My daughter joined Starlight over a year ago. She really loves the lyrical dance session and what I appreciate is the lack of exams and snobbery at the school. It makes her soul sing to be a part of such an inclusive, dynamic, nurturing and encouraging dance school. Thank you for all the opportunities you’ve provided for her too, to be on stage at The Waterside and Sadlers’ Wells even though she’s only been dancing a year. I did try to bring her to dance classes several times but it’s not until she’s towards the end of primary that she’s been brave enough to throw herself into it and it’s wonderful to see!”

“I had no idea that Pilates would bring such amazingness into life! I love the teachers, the variety of exercises, the different levels available from beginner to advance. I love how I feel afterwards. My body is so much stronger, supple, flexible and without pain since I started at Equilibrium. I also feel and look slimmer and firmer and understand so much more about my body. Not only this but emotionally its a really healthy place - if I ever arrive feeling stressed with the day to day stuff that takes its toll, I always leave with this gone and feeling bright and cheery!
