“My favourite Indian restaurant in the area. It does not go for an upmarket "authentic" style rather this is honest good value "Indian" food aimed at British taste. BYOB a huge bonus. “What a lovely evening I have just had for my daughter’s 11th birthday family meal. I booked a table online and requested a table near the window which we got and then as a surprise at the end of the meal the chef brought out a cake and the staff sang happy birthday to my daughter which I wasn’t expecting. All the staff were superb. I’m afraid I didn’t catch their names but a blond lady and a tall lad with longer hair looked after us and a female chef. They all deserve massive praise. Constantly checking we were all ok and dealing with my sisters gluten free dietary requirements (she was impressed and happy that you kept everything separate and even more happy she got a carvery with gluten free Yorkshires and gravy!). The food was as expected- pub grub, great quantity and taste. We all left full of happiness and full bellies and that’s all we want from a family outing! So thankyou”
