“This place deserves 5 stars. Firstly upon entering the place was greeted by such a lovely and happy Chinese lady. They really do treat you like you are a valued customer. However regardless of this the food. Out of the hundreds of Chinese takeaways I've tried around the uk the food is the BEST. For my order I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Yes they really did cook everything fresh. Even when I entered the building the lady was making something from scratch. When I got home the food was unbelievable. Sweet and sour chicken, the chicken batter still crispy it was so fresh. And it literally melted in my mouth. The ribs, crispy and extremely meaty, full of meat! The homemade spring rolls were the nicest I've ever tried. Unreal. And everything else we ate was just so fresh and full of flavour Another amazing thing, I didn't get that extreme thirst which you usually get from Chinese takeaways - most likely since the food is homemade and not from packets or jarred sauces. And lastly, pricing. I mean the prices are like they were years ago. Usually a £45 order cost us £29 today I honestly wish that this place gets the recognition it deserves because it really is the best in every possible aspect. Thank you so much pearl garden. “We went on Saturday 20th Sept despite the terrible weather. Table for four. The food was amazing as always, great choice starters and mains. I often skip lunch when going here to enjoy the duck and pancakes, as well as a main never disappoints. Fillet steak Cantonese is always a good choice. Great service and kindness . They have added an internal porch to reduce drafts for the winter . Very well tested last night in the weather. Enjoyed the evening thank you”

“Great venue had my 70th here the room is a great size big thank you to the 3 ladies on the bar nothing was to much trouble everywhere was clean all my guests had a great time and that’s what it’s all about thank again to urmston sports club and all the staff”

“Been ordering from here regularly for the past couple of years. Food is consistently great, delivered hot and on time, same friendly delivery driver. Used to live in the centre of town and would get my takeaway food from various places in China Town and this place beats the lot!”

“I've been going to The Urmston regularly for almost 10 years now! My friends and I started going to the Pub Quiz there on Thursdays back in 2016 and we still go to this day! We've made many friends through the quiz and we love all of the locals too. The staff here have always made us feel welcome and that's why we still go week in, week out! Plus, the food is really good too! My family and I often enjoy dropping in for a Sunday dinner now and again.”

“There's a welcoming atmosphere at Move Urmston. A good variety of classes is on offer. The instructors are very welcomin g and explain how to take part really clearly. The changing facilities are clean and modern. I would say it's really good value for money. I've never used the swimming pool, so can't comment on that, but it looks modern. There's a nice seating area with cafe in the entrance area.”

“Excellent, authentic curries. The dishes are all so full of flavour and so distinct. Often with takeaway curries, you find the sauces are all very generic. My son really loves the child friendly curry. So useful to be able to reheat when you need it. Would really recommend”

“Been wanting to go here since they opened, finally got a table. Heard and read great things about this place. I can see now why it's got such high praise and why it's worth waiting to get a booking. From the moment we entered the place was so inviting, the service was excellent. As for the food it was incredible, not one bad course, I opted for the extra course of pheasant, which I'm so glad I did it was one of my favourites. I've been to quite a few tasting menus and this was up there as one of my favourites. The place has a lovely homely family vibe, the chef/owner came out and chatted to us about one of the courses and we ended up chatting for a little, really nice guy. This is such an amazing addition to Urmston and deserves all the success. Get booked in and you won't be disappointed. We will be returning for the next convenient available slot. Been here a few times now and it never disappoints. The food is incredible we went on Sunday for there Sunday roast and it was amazing, every element was off the scale. I'd go for the three courses as the portions aren't huge but well balanced.”

“The receptionist is very professional will book you in and normally ypu would be seen quite quickly. Jabir is a very good dentist, ive had several treatments and each time ive recieved very good care. No pain and quick relief, in good time. I would recomnend riyo dental to anyone.”

Firstly, the support and welcome from Reception is fantastic; really kind, efficient and welcoming- exactly what is needed when you are a little nervous or in pain.Nothing is too much trouble- especially if you are in any pain. Secondly, the dental service I've experienced has been of such a high standard. I see Davina, and she is amazing. “Visit here regular, with my girlfriend. As she rides her horses past this hidden gem! The food is always piping hot and the cakes…. They’re exceptional Wow I’ll leave that there. The drinks are made to exactly how you ask! I always have coconut milk and there’s no questions asked! The owners Dane and Jenny are so friendly and down to earth. Can’t fault it”

“Couldn't star the food as we didn't have any HOWEVER.... the lady who owns The Gallery is an incredible artist and it shows in the decor. Before I go any further, this is also a great bar with lovely cocktails. Stunning is an understatement, there is something interesting to look at everywhere you turn. Inside and outside, just beautiful, a gorgeous place to visit. I just wish she opened every day and night, but alas, only Thursday to Saturday. Friday being the only late one till 10pm. Go and visit, you won't be disappointed.”

“Best barbers in town. The lads are friendly and welcoming, the cut is 10/10 every time. You can play PlayStation, have a brew or a water, or even a nice cold beer whilst you’re waiting. The shop is fitted out brilliantly and adds to the best barber shop experience around. Well done Lincoln and Nathan.”
