I would suggest adding how to videos on some of the products like some other apps in the industry. Their delivery service is convenient with a tracking system which means you can do a Just In Time delivery so no need to wait around and you can turn up a stop before they arrive to your location. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable so if you are novice in the industry you have expertise to hand.
