“I popped in the other day to get some last minute stuff for Christmas, and I didn’t realise it when picking it up that the milk bottle was leaking. It was only at the till, when Kush, the guy serving me, pointed it out. He was very polite and apologetic about the leaky milk (which was nearly half empty at this point!) and let me go and get another bottle. Thank you Kush!!”

“Have used Lytham dress agency on a few occasions and have always been super impressed. Sonia is always super helpful and knows a lot about what she sells. I have bought Mulberry bags of her and more recently a Mulberry purse which is just stunning I initially found the item on her Facebook page and contacted her through messages and then WhatsApp. She agreed to keep the item for me till I could collect. She is responsive and is happy to discuss and answer questions on any item you may be interested in. She has some lovely items and if you get chance to visit the shop itself then you won’t be disappointed.”

I wanted to give a special mention to Ethan Green, who went above and beyond when I visited recently. He kindly helped me carry a couple of boxes of items that had been left at the branch, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a real difference. It’s rare to come across service that feels so genuine and caring, and it really stood out to me.
