“Adventure babies has been fantastic! Our daughter has thoroughly loved them (as have I), and this is by far the best parent and baby class we have been to. Really well thought through and executed sessions, With fantastic toys and accessories, always tailored to that weeks book. Cannot recommend these sessions and Hannah (who organises them) more highly, and we have already signed up for the next term!”

“I’ve been visiting most mornings and so far, so good. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym staff are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are decent, and The Cove next door is great for a sauna after a workout. The only small downside is the car park, which can get busy at peak times, although early mornings are fine. Overall, a great gym and pool with everything you need.”

I was left unsure how to progress. I went to see Shay today who has assessed it as a piriformis syndrome and given me some exercises to work on. “I recently completed Umrah with my mother under the guidance of Heritage Umrah/Mayar Travel and I would like to commend the team for their professionalism and exceptional level of care throughout the journey. Our group leader, Amr, demonstrated outstanding organisation and attentiveness from the outset. “As a new golfer, I first went to Richard for a club fitting. I was immediately impressed by the data analysis he presented to me after I tested a number of different brands and models of irons. This allowed us to make an informed decision when choosing the set to order. Once my set of irons arrived I initiated my first block of lessons at The Golf School. As anyone will know who plays golf, there are so many elements to a golf swing but the highly technical launch monitors, camera systems and teaching aids that Richard uses at his facility really help you to understand your swing and see the impact when you make changes. When things don’t go so well you can more easily identify which area you need to work on too. The indoor facilities allow you to continue with lessons and practice no matter what the weather, enabling further improvement throughout the winter season when you might otherwise have not been out as much as you would have liked. Richard is a great communicator and he ensures you have a clear understanding of his teaching. He is informative and friendly and delivers his lessons in a relaxed environment. I am incredibly pleased with the progress I have made since having lessons with Richard and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their game technically but also psychologically.”

The fresh salads from the salad bar were crisp and full of flavor, the fries were perfectly cooked and delicious, and the steaks were tender and juicy. To finish, the chocolate marquise was absolutely divine – the perfect dessert! Highly recommend this place for both quality food and great atmosphere.”

Their menu offers a great variety of dishes, and the portions were generous. The staff was courteous and efficient, making the entire ordering process smooth and pleasant. Personally, my favorite is the young chow fried rice. For anyone that would want to check this place out I highly recommend this dish! 10/10 must try again!”

“Large rooms with power points. The furniture is of a good standard and the kitchen is a very good standard. The cafe area near the kitchen has lovely circular tables that we covered in pretty tablecloths with artificial flowers on each table, each table could easily sit six. There is a creche area for younger children, clean toilets near the entrance way. A security system to gain access to the building that requires a code, so you can keep your younger children safe from wondering outside unattended. And let only your party in when you have hire of the hall. Large car park as well”
