“Excellent!!! Definitely five stars! Brought my six year old here today and it was brilliant! Really cheap and such good fun. Staff brilliant, really helpful and friendly. One staff member in particular helped us a lot with the bigger wall and harnesses. We are 100% coming back. If you're an adult and accompanying a child, wear comfortable clothes because if you're physically able to join in; you will definitely want to! Excellent place. They also serve food and have good facilities.”

“Super honest and super helpful.Had passed by this shop few times , decided to walk in to check for a pair or badminton shoes . Mo was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he made me comfortable and never tried to sell but explained my choices and the product features , ended up buying a pair of amazing Salming Venom shoes , by far the best court shoes I had used and I got it for a fantastic prices , even lesser than online price, most importantly there the human touch where my requirements was considered and right guidance was given by Mo. “I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

“Fabulous place! Staff are so friendly, extremely clean and facilities so so lovely. Lots of machines to use in the gym as well as free weights, pool is always spotless and perfect temperature. All in all a lovely environment. Gym goers are friendly too and helpful, if you're new to the gym! Price of membership definitely worth it for the location and the facilities!”

“A friendly, accessible and clean gym with plenty of equipment, a nice pool and spa area and a good range of classes with good, motivated instructors. The changing area is big with lots of showers and space to get changed. I usually go early in the morning before work or on weekends and it’s a nice amount of busy. Not too packed but also not dead.”

“I ordered a 6ft black and red freestanding punch bag the base come the following day. There was an issue with the delivery of the bag on the couriers side, graft now went above and beyond to ensure to I received the bag as soon as possible by sending a replacement before the original had be sent back to them the replacement was sent Friday I received the bag the next working day on Monday. The quality of the bag is brilliant I've had a few different bags over the years and this freestanding 1 seems durable I'm 6ft2 and 23 stone trying to find a bag that take all you can give it isn't easy so far so good with this one, I train muay thai and a couple of training partners/ friends are thinking of getting the same bag. Again can't fault graft now with the way they handled the issue with the courrier, the quality of their products and customer service has been brilliant. The punch bags are competitively priced and the quality is great thanks again! Asher.”
