“I am over the moon with my Great Lengths Keratin Bond Extensions that were fitted by the very talented Salon Manager Kirsty. I felt instantly welcomed by the friendly salon staff and Salon Owner Caroline, who offered and brought me a glass of prosecco - which is a lovely added touch. The salon is modern, clean and upbeat. The service from start to finish was second to non and I left a very happy customer, excited about my new long, thick, shiny hair! Thank you to House of Finesse! I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for all of my hair needs.”

“Trying out the walk in blow dry bar today...I was seen to immediately, Lily did a great blow dry and was friendly and welcoming to myself and my baby girl. The salon itself was clean and comfortable, and my baby loved looking at the colourful walls and 'bubble' light fixture...keeping her entertain for the duration of my appointment ✨️ 10/10 would go again.”

Before Sands I went to lots of other salons but they never listened to what I wanted or could get the colour right. I now live in the city centre and travel out to Alty just to go to Meg because she’s just excellent. The whole experience is more than just a haircut, it’s feels like a catch up between friends and my stomach hurts from laughing every time I leave. Highly, highly, highly recommend.”

I asked for a design which is very complicated, they didn't have a charm similar but the nails technician lady has drawed it by herself and made it 3D. The result look incredible. We get so many compliments on how well our show spaniel is trimmed and it’s a testament to Lucy’s experience and professionalism. Her communication and reminders are brilliant and pricing is very reasonable for the level of service she provides. Lucy shows much pride in her work and care for our dog and it is evident she is like this with all of her dogs based on how busy she is with all of her regular clients! We have used a bigger groomer company previously when our dog was a pup and he was so overwhelmed with the noise and other dogs he used to come out shaking and so stressed; Lucy’s 1:1 set up is absolutely perfect, especially for more nervous dogs and we haven’t looked back.”

“Had my hair coloured and cut at boa very disappointed the colour isn't what I wanted I had base colour and wanted blonde lights mingled through it ended up with just a few bits of blonde at the front then my God Sarah started with cut I asked for a reshape she scalped me it cost me £170 and will have to put highlights in myself what a night mare and very stressful never again.
