This was my first time in the salon with the lovely Megan, and what a wonderful experience it was. You are made to feel very welcome. I was offered a drink straight away and received a lovely fresh coffee in a Cafetière on a tray. What a lovely touch. Megan was absolutely fantastic with me, and so knowledgeable. Having been light blonde for many years, I decided that now was the time for a complete change and to go darker. I listened to Megan’s recommendation on how to achieve this gradually, which I appreciated. It was so interesting just watching intently as Megan went to work. Well, all I can say is wow! Absolutely love the colour and waves. I left that salon feeling like a different woman and quite emotional actually. Everyone I spoke to complemented me on my hair. “Texture release treatment. I am so blown away by Marianne professionalism, kindness and knowledge. I was so nervous about doing a Texture release as this was the first time I've done this on my hair. I booked an appointment and then spoke to Marianne. She was so understanding and even encouraged me to take time to think about it. I finally made my mind up. I am so glad I did. The salon is beautiful , welcoming, a great atmosphere with massage chairs for hair wash. Marianne explained the treatment and steps and gave me so many tips to look after my hair. I've had my hair done by numerous members of the team - Rachel, Ashley (the owner) and most recently, Junaid. They are all so lovely and make you feel really welcome! But most importantly, they are fantastic at what they do! I always joke that they are like wizards as they create absolute magic with my hair. I always leave feeling a million dollars ❤️! Also ASH has some great extra features which add to the overall experience. You can now order lunch & a glass of prosecco from the Italian Deli next door. And if you refer a friend to the salon you also receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco. It's these little touches that once again add to an amazing experience.”

“I rang Steve when my daughter had hair extensions elsewhere and hadn’t continued with the proper aftercare. Her hair was extremely matted at the top of the extensions as she hadn’t brushed it and then the extensions had become matted together and she couldn’t style her hair. She was in tears - I called Steve and he got us in straight away - he sat and talked to us in detail about how to take them out and then spent his own time to sit and take them out, then made sure to go through every strand of hair making sure every bit of the matted hair was clear. He was so helpful and my daughter was so grateful. We are booked on to have them redone with Steve as he was very knowledgeable.”

“I'm not local, I was visiting family and couldn't handle the state my hair was in any longer (growing out an undercut, fine hair)! They don't do dry cuts, but my wet cut was affordable and quick - the person who did the shampoo was great. The hair dresser knew exactly how to save my hair and try and make my thin fine mess look thicker. I'm not much of a talker at the hairdressers (too much else going on, loud hair dryers) but they were friendly and we had a bit of a chat. Got offered a drink when I arrived, there's a coat hook, your hair gets washed in a different room, which I liked, and it's cash only. I'm so happy with my haircut.”
